We started by answering the phone and taking messages. Before long, we came to the conclusion that wasn’t enough. Our clients had loads of calls to follow up at the end of their day. We could and should do more. So decided we should do something useful with them.
We followed up on web, phone and email enquiries ourselves. We made and confirmed appointments and organised our clients’ customer databases. Just so they made the most of them and small pieces of business and profit didn’t fall between the cracks.

We set up a customer relationship management (CRM) systems for all our clients. This helps them manage their databases and stay in regular touch with their customers easier.
